Photos you upload to the bug identifier
Your photo is sent to an AI service to identify the pest, and the answer is shown to you. We do not keep the photo unless you choose “Send this photo to a pro.”
Quote requests
When you request a quote or send a photo to a pro, we pass your name, phone, email, ZIP code, message and any photo to Mosquito & Pest Authority, for indoor and structural pests and for mosquitoes, ticks, and yard pests. They use it to contact you about your request.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send it to companies other than the one your request is routed to.
